Hey!! The 50th Anniversary of OD&D in now one year away. January 2024 is coming up fast, I mean man that was a fast 50 years. Time to start planning your celebration, in my case a big OD&D game with as many players as I can round up over the years.
How about you? How will you celebrate this milestone? It is all up to us, WotC gives every sign that they are going to ignore OD&D and its anniversary. It is yet to be seen if they will do anything fan friendly for the 50th Anniversary, so it is up to us the fans, to plan our own celebrations and make 2024 a great gaming year.
I know this is 12 months out, but never too soon to make plans to do something to celebrate each of the 12 months of 2024.
I've seen several of you post about reunion games. That's a great idea! There are still a few of my original players in the (somewhat) local area. Maybe we can get something going?
